Effective Aug 12, 2024 - Important Changes to Our Auction Schedule and Process
Due to adjustments in our process, staffing, and family health issues, we will be making the following changes:
- Auction Frequency: Auctions will now be held every other week to keep them larger.
- Pickup Schedule: Buyers must pick up their items by the end of business day on Friday for Burley (Saturday for Lehi) following the auction's close on Monday. Items not picked up will be relisted in future auctions. Lehi will only be open on Friday and Saturday immediately following an auction.
- Pickup Locations: Items will still be available for pickup in Burley and Lehi.
- Auction Focus: We will be increasing the number of local estate auctions and adding more furniture and larger items to the general auctions. General merchandise items will continue to be included but not at the same volume as previous auctions.
- Estate and Consignment Items: Estate sales may be scheduled as separate auctions, while consignment items will be incorporated into general auctions.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we implement these changes. Additional updates will be provided later this year.
