01/09 (Monday 7 pm) Weekly Consignment Liquidation and Estate Auction (10% Buyer's Premium)
The process for Online Payments is changing as of Jan 9th at 2 PM. Moving forward, we will use Shopify and their payment platform, Shop Pay to handle all Online Payments. Rather than receiving an email and invoice after each auction, you will receive one consolidated invoice on Wednesday morning. This invoice will include everything you have won from that week's auctions. If you want to pay online, a link to pay will be included in that weekly invoice, or you can still pay when you pick up by Cash, Credit Card, or Venmo.
This change will allow us to offer more services to assist you better during the checkout process and in the future, with additional features coming soon.
At that time, payments may no longer be made on the Dutch Goat Online Payment Portal. You can still access all past, current, and future invoices in the Customer Portal at https://www.dutchgoat.com/account/invoices. All store credits will be transferred over to your Shop Pay account.
If you do not already have a Shop Pay account, you can set one up when making your payment through the emailed invoice. You will need a Shop Pay account if you want to save your payment information to speed up the payment process. Staff will no longer be able to charge a card on file at that time, as online payments need to be processed through your Shop Pay account.
